Super Super Magazine!!

I like fashion that is quite different than the rest. I love to see all the different colours, wild designs and the fantastic fashion photography. So I was very excited when they brought out Super Super magazine.

It's one of best magazines out there at the time been. They have some great articles and amazing photography. On their recent edition they have this stunning girl Josie Millar modelling some wonderful clothes with such wild colours that scream out individuality such as bright green, pink and purple. This is another reason why I love Super Super; it sees fashion as an individuality statement. It's not about which celebrity is wearing whatever or about the current fashion trend. It's about you and the clothes you want to wear. It’s about you picking out the clothes that make you feel good. And that is how I see fashion.

Bonnie a.k.a. SushiRockStar

Last week, while I was on one of many frequent visits on youtube, I came across this pretty young girl by the name of Bonnie a.k.a. SushiRockStar. Bonnie has a video blog on youtube and she was giving some amazing advice on colour blocking. She had this lovely smile and such a great bubbly personality. I immediately liked her. :)

I went back to Bonnie's youtube page (http://www.youtube.com/user/SushiRockStar) and I went on another video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhJXaAWJn40). This time she was discussing some recent clothes she bought online from Beverly Lane ( http://beverlylane.com/ ) and Bonnie modelled some fantastic clothes! She had this stunning dress! It was blue and red striped on the front and on the back, it was completely black. Then she had this short black dress/top (which she looks amazing and very sexy in btw!) Both of those sets of clothing were very nice and so sexy. Bonnie then modelled a kind of bright orange dress, which was just as good, I like the colour, but I just don't think it stands out as much as the first two dresses. I liked that video that much; I went on another one of her videos (.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vykavYq87-w&feature=channel_page). This time she just received some clothing from hotmiamistyle.com. The second piece she is wearing on the video is a superb blue dress! It was just fantastic!! It was sexy! It was fresh and I found it unique. The dress had a lovely little bit of white around the bra area which I thought matched the blue brilliantly. It did look a little (and I emphasise on the word a little!) tight but everything else is perfect! I love my colours and I think that blue is just perfect. She then modelled this dark purple dress, which was good, but there was a kind of glittery purple colour around the bra area. It's a shame because despite that, it really is just a stunning dress and Bonnie looked very sexy wearing the dress. Check out her hotmiamistyle.com video below.

You really should have a look at some of Bonnie's stuff she has on youtube. There are some amazing things on there! She is such a nice girl who speaks her mind; she has great knowledge and fantastic insight into fashion and style. She has a beautiful smile. She is definitely one to look out for in the future in the world of fashion.

VERSACE Spring Summer 2003 (and the wonderful colours!!)

Now everybody loves Donatella Versace! This is video I saw from her runway of spring/summer 2003.

Now I love colours!! The stranger, the better!

In the second part of this video, Donatella has used some stunning colours! They are so powerful and very exciting! With all those wonderful different bright colours, it was like stepping back into 60's. It made me want to throw some Jimi Hendrix music on and turn into a hippy!

Those designs were so fresh and new. It matched perfectly with the colours. Ten out of ten!

Now, I know this runway was in 2003, but I would love to see more colours like Donatella has used here in 2010. They are so powerful and overwhelming!! They just leave you wanting more!! My jaw is still hanging out! Top marks again :)

AUTUMN IS COMING

Autumn is coming!!

So it's time to slowly change from our summer clothes to our autumn clothes. It's time to change from those bright light colours to much darker tone colours. It’s time to change from wearing fewer clothes to wearing more clothes. But I like to think there is a go between from summer to autumn. It's hard going from one extreme to another.

So I picked couple looks from Whistles on ASOS website, which I believe still has a kind of summery feel, but a look that transits for the autumn and colder weather ahead.

The first picture is Whistles Lightweight Slub Pocket Tunic it costs just £38 from ASOS website. Now who doesn't love tunic?! And peach is just one of those lovely colours that can be worn with dark or light colour clothes. I think this look is perfect for anybody who wants to getting ready for autumn!

The second picture is Whistles Zip Back Denim Legging it costs £60 again from ASOS website. Those stretch denim leggings are very sexy and I find that navy blue colour is a great colour that transits from summer to autumn!
